What is it that makes the Clike Bike better than regular E-bikes?
The Clike is a high-end e-bike, built with the best materials and parts, which has a beautifuly designed frame. The frame allows the user to customize the Clike to their needs by attaching their desired accessories to the frame within seconds.
What is the Koala Clicker?
The Koala Clicker is a fastning device which is specially designed to be fastened to the Clike frame tubes. The system is fast, stirdy and easy to use.
Where are the Clike Bikes produced?
Our HQ is just shy of 10 kilometers from the iconic and world heritage windmills of Kinderdijk, the Netherlands. In the Netherlands we do not only assemble the bike but we also manufacture the aluminum frames.
Can I get my Clike Bike in a different color?
For the time being, we’ll provide the Clike in one color combination: black & red.
If I want an accessory that is not featured yet, is there some way to get it made?
We’re continuously developing new and unique accessories. However, it might be the case that you have an accessory in mind that is not featured yet. Don’t worry! please describe your idea here and we will get back to you soon.
How will my bike or accessory ship?
The Clikebike and accessories will be safely shipped in a cardboard box. In the Netherlands, our shipment partner is PostNL.
Can you deliver my bike or accessory if I am local?
Yes. We deliver our Products in the Netherlands.
Can I come pick up my bike or accessory?
No, but we provide you the service to deliver your goods at your specified adress.
Can you ship internationally?
We do distribute our goods in Europe. The additional distribution fee outside the Netherlands or Belgium is €200,-. Service outside the Netherlands or Belgium is for the time being not possible. We do not distribute outside Europe.
What payment methods are available?
The Clikebikes B.V. features a safe payment environment through pay.nl. Various payment methods can be selected on checkout. Namely: iDeal and Bancontact. Paypal will follow in the near future. You can also pay with a debit card on location.

Can I pay afterwards?
At this moment you can not. This is something that will be made possible in the near future.
If I don't like my bike or accessory, can I return them?
Ordering through the website means you have the – EU – legally defined right of withdrawal. This means you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. For more info on our return policy click here.
